lotus1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account if such access results from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You agree to indemnify lotus1 against any claims arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your negligence.
lotus1 employs automated systems and manual reviews to monitor account activity for signs of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other prohibited activities. If we detect suspicious activity on your account, we reserve the right to suspend the account, freeze funds, and conduct a thorough investigation. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation.
lotus1 accepts deposits via the following methods: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be returned.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2-5 minutes during banking hours for bank transfers, and instantly for e-wallet transfers.
Bank transfer deposits initiated during banking hours (typically 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM WIB on weekdays, 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Saturdays) are processed within 2-5 minutes. Transfers initiated outside banking hours or on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are processed instantly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
Withdrawals from lotus1 are processed exclusively to the bank account registered in your name and verified during the KYC process. We do not support withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts in a different name than the registered account holder.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are as follows: Standard members: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, Rp 100,000,000 per day; Gold VIP members: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction, Rp 300,000,000 per day; Platinum VIP members: Unlimited.

All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x wagering requirement) before the deposited amount becomes eligible for withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place at least Rp 1,000,000 in bets (regardless of whether those bets win or lose) before you can withdraw the deposited funds or any winnings derived from those funds.
Bonus funds are subject to separate, higher wagering requirements as specified in the terms of each promotion. See Section 7 for details on bonus terms.
lotus1 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution.
lotus1 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and validity periods.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers through collusion, matched betting, arbitrage betting, duplicate accounts, or other fraudulent means will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, voiding of all bets, and potential account closure.
All bonuses issued by lotus1 are subject to wagering requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times you must bet the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before the associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
For example, if you receive a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place Rp 30,000,000 in qualifying bets before you can withdraw winnings derived from that bonus. Only settled bets count toward wagering requirements. Canceled, voided, or cashed-out bets do not contribute.

All bonuses have a validity period, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. You must complete the wagering requirements within this period. If the requirements are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
When wagering with bonus funds, you are subject to a maximum bet limit, typically Rp 50,000 per bet for slots and Rp 100,000 per bet for sports betting. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while wagering bonus funds may result in forfeiture of the bonus and winnings.
Unless otherwise stated, each player is eligible for only one active bonus at a time. You cannot claim multiple bonuses simultaneously or stack bonuses. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
lotus1 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated bets, and confiscate winnings if we determine that a player is abusing the bonus system. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposite bets (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette), colluding with other players, and using software or bots to automate betting.
All bets placed on the lotus1 platform are subject to acceptance by lotus1. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, if the bet exceeds our maximum liability limits, or if there are technical issues with the betting market.
Once a bet is accepted and confirmed (you receive a bet confirmation number), it constitutes a binding transaction and cannot be canceled or reversed by the player. However, lotus1 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds due to technical glitches) or if the bet was placed after the event had already started.
Bets are settled based on the official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, the World Badminton Federation for badminton, the official lottery draw authority for togel). lotus1 uses reliable third-party data feeds to determine results. Once a bet is settled and the result is official, the settlement is final and cannot be reversed.
In rare cases where an official result is overturned or corrected after settlement (e.g., a match result is changed due to a protest or an administrative decision), lotus1 will re-settle the bets according to the revised result. Affected players will be notified via email.
A bet may be declared void (canceled) in the following circumstances:
When a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's account. If the voided bet was part of a multi-bet or mix parlay, the voided selection is typically treated as having odds of 1.00 (even money), and the remaining selections stand.

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must notify lotus1 customer support within 7 days of the bet settlement. Provide your bet ID number and a clear explanation of why you believe the settlement is incorrect. Our team will investigate the dispute and respond within 48 hours.
lotus1's decision on any dispute is final and binding. We reserve the right to review video footage, official statistics, and other evidence to determine the correct outcome.

Asian Handicap (commonly known as voor bola in Indonesia) is a popular betting market that eliminates the draw outcome by giving one team a virtual head start or deficit. Handicaps can be in increments of 0.25 goals (quarter handicaps), 0.5 goals (half handicaps), whole goals, or multiples thereof.
For example, if you bet on Team A -1.5, Team A must win by at least 2 goals for your bet to win. If you bet on Team B +1.5, your bet wins if Team B wins, draws, or loses by only 1 goal.

Mix parlay (the Indonesian term for accumulator or combo bets) allows you to combine multiple selections into a single bet for potentially much higher returns. All selections in a mix parlay must win for the bet to be successful. If even one selection loses, the entire parlay loses.
lotus1 allows up to 15 selections in a single mix parlay. Minimum odds per selection vary by promotion (typically 1.20 or higher). Winnings from mix parlay bets are calculated by multiplying the stake by the combined odds of all winning selections.
lotus1 offers extensive live in-play betting on football, basketball, tennis, badminton, and other sports. Odds update in real-time based on match action. You can place bets while the event is in progress, subject to a short delay (typically 5-10 seconds) between bet submission and acceptance to account for broadcast delays.
In fast-moving situations (such as dangerous attacks in football or break points in tennis), the betting market may be temporarily suspended. If the market is suspended when you attempt to place a bet, your bet will be rejected.
If a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets are generally voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. Specific rules vary by sport and are detailed in our comprehensive Sports Betting Rules document available on request.

In cases where we close an account for commercial reasons (not due to breach of terms), we will process any remaining balance as a withdrawal to your registered bank account after deducting any outstanding liabilities.

If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered bank account after all pending bets are settled and any bonus wagering requirements are forfeited.
